Q. Which payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept a number of payment types from all over the world! Simply pop in your details for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Visa Electron or Paypal and our secure system will talk you through your transaction.
Our current product lead time is up to six weeks. We understand that you’re eager to receive your new scarf, but as a business we aim to work sustainably and keep production waste to a minimum. As such, all our scarfs are made to order and subject to rigorous quality control checks. Don’t worry though – it’s definitely worth the wait! We’ll be in touch as soon as you finish at the check-out to let you know your purchase has been placed.
Should you need your scarf sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll see what we can do to help.
Once your unique scarf has been printed and the hems carefully hand-rolled, we’ll pop you through an email so you can monitor its movements as it whizzes its way to you via 48 hour tracked delivery.
We’re confident that you’ll love your scarf, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your fashion fix you can always return it to us. Your happiness is our priority.
Simply email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order, alongside proof of purchase, and we’ll issue you a returns number. Once you’ve received your number, you’ll have a further 14 days to return your item back to our team.
We ask that all products are send back undamaged and in their original packaging. If your scarf lands back to us in good shape, a full refund will be with you 14 days from receiving your item.
